1. Identify your van
Confirm the model year, body length, roof height, drivetrain, sliding-door arrangement and rear-door style. If you are unsure, ask us to check before ordering.
2. Place your order
Select the closest listed configuration. We review made-to-order kit purchases before machining and will contact you if any detail needs confirming.
3. Delivery is confirmed
Large plywood kits require a delivery quote based on the finished pack and destination postcode. Local collection is also available at no delivery charge.
4. We machine your kit
Once the specification and delivery are agreed, the panels are CNC cut and prepared as a labelled flat-pack kit. Cancellation is no longer available after machining begins, except where your statutory rights apply.
