VanPly kits are manufactured to order for a selected vehicle configuration.
Before machining begins
You may request cancellation before we begin machining. Contact us as soon as possible and quote the order number.
After machining begins
Once manufacturing has begun, cancellation for a change of mind may not be available for goods made to your specification. This does not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
Incorrect vehicle selection
The customer is responsible for supplying accurate vehicle details. We encourage you to ask for a compatibility check if the model year, wheelbase, roof height, drivetrain or door arrangement is uncertain.
Problems with an order
Inspect the kit when it arrives. If any component is damaged, missing or appears incorrect, stop fitting it and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs.
