VanPly makes precision CNC-cut plywood lining kits for working vans. We are starting with the Mercedes Sprinter range and expanding only after each design has been checked against the vehicle it is intended to fit.
Made for straightforward fitting
Every kit is machined to order and supplied flat-packed. Side and door panels use 6 mm hardwood plywood; floors and wheel-box covers use 9 mm hardwood plywood. This keeps weight sensible while putting more material in the areas that receive the most wear.
A focused sideline, properly made
VanPly is deliberately focused: a clear range, accurate machining and honest compatibility information. We do not claim that one kit fits every variation of a van. If a configuration needs checking, we check it before cutting.
